All elections matter. Too often, the Tories or Reform win because people like us don't show up.

VOTING TOGETHER GIVES US MORE POLITICAL POWER

Millions of people could vote tactically at this year's elections. A big proportion of voters showing up mainly to prevent the right from seizing power. Register as a tactical voter by joining the Movement Forward and we can prove it. Then together we'll tell the new government how they truly can earn our votes next time.

You can vote for 1 candidate here

We've manually set advice for this division. This election is difficult to predict based on previous election results because the last contests here were not fully contested. The previous progressive challenger in May 2023 and in Sept 2023 was the Greens who are not standing this time. The Lib Dems did not stand in the 2023 elections but (a) were the challenger in 2021 in the County Council division (that covers half the ward) that they did stand in, and (b) have made huge strides in the surrounding areas of Surrey and won 8 nearby seats at the last General Election, and (c) have been very active in this ward. Labour never came close to wining this ward even in 2023 9with no Lib Dem candidate). The Independents have a good record in this ward but many of the group are ex-UKIP or ex-Tory, which makes a progressive recommendation problematic, and recent election results have seen the “none of the above” part of their vote captured by Reform.

Independent came 2nd, but aren't standing this time
